New rate plan: partner sequential training

I talked to a few couples at the farmers market yesterday and I came up with a price plan to encourage partner training but not interfere with the individual benefits of having a one-to-one training session.
If any two or more individuals want to workout one right after the other at the same location we will reduce each individual’s price (not as low as a group session but not as high as an individual session).
This plan is ideal for couples or friends who are starting to work out at the same time but have different starting points or different specific goals.

I’m calling it “partner sequential training.”

Temperature drop- stay hydrated, especially in the cold

I just saw a temperature drop warning for the weekend (In the Washington, DC Metro area).  It’s been in the 70’s and could get into the 40’s this weekend.
It can be easier to get dehydrated when the temperature drops.  Please keep that in mind working out this weekend- especially outside in conditions you’re not used to yet.
