Having trouble sticking to your New Year’s resolution?

Don’t feel bad if you’re having trouble sticking to your resolution(s).  Not many people actually stick with them, it’s sad.

If you have a fitness related resolution don’t hesitate to get some professional advice to help get yourself started.  You might not want or need a trainer full time or for very many sessions.  You might just need a few sessions to get started and a session here and there to stay on track or just make sure you don’t get stuck in a rut.

We’re more than happy to work with you on your schedule and for your particular goals, as much or as little as is best for you.

Do an assessment with us, get some fresh ideas.  There is no financial cost to you for us to do an assessment, it doesn’t take more than an hour.

Going to the gym Monday? Plan to be efficient.

Monday, January 5th will probably be a wicked busy day at the gym.
I made Monday my permanent leg day a long time ago to be more efficient.  Too many people start the week Monday on the bench press and I don’t like to wait.
Also keep in mind what your strengths are and be aware of any imbalances.  Starting the week with rows might be something to consider.
